“At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam… and with steam, you can power a train. One degree. Applying one extra degree of temperature to water means the difference between something that is simply very hot and something that generates enough force to power a machine.”
— Sam Parker | 212° The Extra Degree

Our Core Values define the culture in which we work everyday. Our people are essential to our continued success and as we grow, our goal is to maintain that culture and evoke new talent.

Inspired by Sam Parker author of 212: The Extra Degreewe realized that by paying closer attention to our people-their thoughts, ideas and the work they do-while making the effort to notice the little things, we have built a team of innovative thinkers, action oriented leaders and, most importantly, individuals who truly care about the work they are doing for our clients. FedStar recognizes that attitudes are contagious and ours is worth catching!
