FedStar has been recognized by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA) as a Gold Level customer service organization, which is acknowledged by the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS). ICSS is internationally acknowledged - it has been recognized by the International Standards Accreditation Board and has been adopted by the British Department of Trade and Industry. The Customer Service Institute of America is currently the only certifying body in North America for the International Customer Service Standard.
